The companies of the Itema Group, in order to identify the roles, tasks, and responsibilities of the subjects involved in the processing of personal data and to ensure the implementation of the regulations on data protection (including the GDPR and the national regulations), have implemented the Organizational Model for the Protection of Personal Data adopted by the Parent Company Itema SpA.

The Model (shown below) applies to all subjects involved in the processing of personal data of which the companies of the Itema Group are Owners or Managers, as well as to external subjects who process data on behalf of the respective Group companies.
