ITEMA S.P.A. WITHDRAWS THE OFFER FOR THE SALE AND SUBSCRIPTION OF ITS OWN SHARES
Colzate (BG), May 3, 2018 – Itema S.p.A. (“Itema” or the “Company”), Società Elettrica Radici S.p.A. and TAM S.r.l. (“Selling Shareholders”) announce that the Company’s Board of Directors, having assessed market conditions, has decided not to proceed with the listing of its shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and, as a result, to withdraw the offer for the sale and subscription of the shares.
