The value of the Itema Academy program lies in its innovative structure: introductory and advanced courses are paired up with direct hands-on training in our main business functions, according to participants’ interests with the aim of maximizing their potential.

Our dedicated courses will provide you with a deep knowledge base on digital transformation to develop a holistic approach to digitization, its challenges and opportunities from cybersecurity and blockchain to big data analysis and machine learning, from supply chain and operations to organization management.
The lessons on the digital themes of the Program are paired up with focus sessions to develop a wide knowledge base related to Itema Group, its Companies, markets and business activities.

Our well-structured training program aims at empowering young talented students, while paying attention to their personal ambitions.
All our main functions are involved in the project to allow each participant to cultivate their talent and turn it into a successful career: Research and Development, Operations (Production Processes, Quality Control, Planning, Lean Manufacturing), Sales and Marketing, and IT.
The participants will be guided along the whole program by a professional tutor from each Department and from one of our HR tutors, who will support them along their professional path.

Participants will have the daily chance to put into practice what learnt during their periodical theoretical courses.
They will be actively involved in the departments’ activities and they will be required to work on concrete projects to master new competences and skills.
