MyWeave is the new Itema mill monitoring system that provides both textile and production parameters management. It is designed for the Itema EVO weaving machines connected to the internet and it is accessible through the HelloItema Customer Portal from any online browser.
It is based on a data acquisition and storage system on a cloud platform and does not require the installation of additional electronic devices for data acquisition and transfer, nor the installation of local servers at the customer’s premises. The monitoring of the machine is based on the transfer of data in real-time between the loom and MyWeave, which analyzes and reprocesses them as single data or aggregated data.
MyWeave enables to monitor both the machine production parameters – linked to the textile characteristics of the style produced – and the machine operating parameters – linked to the production process. Through the loom, dashboards it is possible to navigate in the machine monitoring pages, within which, by means of clear indicators, colorful and intuitive graphic dashboards, and dynamic graphs, both the production and the technical operating parameters can be monitored in real-time.
